After a long period of preparation, we submitted our application for membership in the EMA (European Mahjong Association) on May 6, 2026. Membership in the EMA would represent a major step forward for mahjong in Slovenia, as it would enable the organisation of international tournaments and Slovenia’s participation in international competitions, including the European and World Championships.
